Harta11 was built on a simple belief: every Malaysian player deserves a fair, safe, and enjoyable betting experience. From Kota Bharu to Kota Kinabalu, we're here for everyone.
Harta11 was born in 2018 from a simple but powerful idea – to bring a world-class betting experience to Malaysian players in a language and format they truly understand. Our founders, a group of sports-loving, tech-savvy young Malaysians, recognised that most online betting platforms at the time were not designed with local users in mind.
Confusing English interfaces, payment methods that didn't work for Malaysian users, and sluggish customer support were common frustrations. We set out to change all of that. In under a year, harta11 launched the first fully Bahasa Melayu platform in Malaysia, with support for local payment methods like Touch 'n Go and DuitNow, backed by a Malay-speaking support team.
Seven years on, harta11 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from every corner of the country.
These aren't just words — they're real commitments we demonstrate every day to hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia.
All data and transactions on harta11 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks. Your personal information is stored in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA standards and is never shared with any third party without your consent.
Harta11 is one of the few betting platforms built entirely in Bahasa Malaysia – not machine-translated, but original content written by native Malaysian speakers. From the user interface to customer support, everything is in the language you're most comfortable with.
Harta11 supports all major Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits start from RM20, and withdrawals are processed in as little as 15 minutes.
Harta11 offers over 1,000 games — from jackpot slots and live baccarat to poker, plus Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and e-sports. One platform, everything you need.
The harta11 app for Android and iOS is built for the best experience on smaller screens. Real-time odds updates, smooth live streaming, and intuitive navigation let you play comfortably whether you're at home or on the go.
The harta11 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers, offering cashback of up to 30%, birthday bonuses, a personal account manager, and exclusive gifts. The more you play, the greater the rewards — all applied automatically, with no application needed.
These core values guide every decision we make at harta11.
To become the most trusted and most loved online betting platform among Malaysians by 2030, with over one million active members nationwide.

All games on harta11 use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring every spin and bet is genuinely random.
The harta11 tech team is constantly working to improve the platform — from faster load times to new features requested by our players.
Harta11 enforces a strict responsible gaming policy — including an 18+ age requirement, self-control tools, and assistance programmes for players who need support.
Every decision at harta11 starts with one question: "Is this the best outcome for our players?" Player needs always come first.
Harta11 is proud to be a platform made by Malaysians, for Malaysians. We embrace local culture and ensure our experience stays relevant to the everyday lives of our players.
For many Malaysians, catching an EPL match on the weekend or watching Lee Zii Jia battle it out on the international badminton stage is part of who they are. harta11 is more than just a betting platform – we're a sports companion that truly understands that passion.
From the very beginning, harta11 chose to be different. While many other platforms simply adapted designs from overseas markets, we invested the time and resources to understand what Malaysian players actually want. The result is a platform that feels like home – familiar, easy to navigate, and trustworthy.
Harta11 is built on a technology infrastructure managed by a team of seasoned engineers. Our servers are housed in Tier-3 data centres with 99.9% uptime, keeping the platform running smoothly even during high-stakes events like the Thomas Cup final or major EPL matches — when traffic can spike dramatically.
Harta11's odds system uses a proprietary algorithm that analyses match data in real time and updates odds in under a second. This means the odds you see on harta11 always reflect actual match conditions — not stale figures that can be exploited.
All personal data belonging to harta11 members is stored in systems that comply with Malaysia's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act). We do not sell or share your data with any third party.
Harta11's Malay-speaking support team is available via live chat, email, or WhatsApp at any time — including public holidays and festive seasons.
Harta11 takes our responsibilities as a betting platform operator seriously. We understand that uncontrolled gambling can have a negative impact on individuals and their families. That is why we invest in a comprehensive suite of self-control tools – from daily deposit limits and weekly loss limits, to the option to self-exclude your account whenever needed.
Every new harta11 member receives a responsible gaming guide upon registration. Our team is trained to spot signs of excessive play and will proactively reach out to players when their behaviour raises concern. We also work with local support organisations to ensure players who need help are connected with the right resources.
Harta11 also enforces a strict age policy — no one under 18 is permitted to register or play. Our identity verification process is designed to ensure full compliance with this rule.
Sports are at the heart of harta11. We offer betting on over 30 sports from around the world – with a sharp focus on what matters most to Malaysian players. EPL and Malaysia Super League football, BWF World Tour badminton including the Thomas Cup and All England, international cricket, live poker, and esports like Dota 2 and Mobile Legends – all available on harta11.
Our odds are competitive, and we're always working to deliver the best value to our players. Our sports analysts monitor matches and update odds in real time to keep them fair and reflective of actual conditions. With over 120 badminton matches available every week alone, harta11 is the go-to destination for Malaysian sports fans who want more than just watching.
