1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Harta11 strictly prohibits employees, contractors, affiliated companies, advertisers, and their immediate family members from registering as regular members. Any breach of this eligibility condition will result in the immediate forfeiture of all winnings and closure of the account.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Harta11 account at any one time. This covers one account per name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, and residential address. Holding multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is a serious breach of these terms.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering with Harta11. This includes:

• Full name as per your identity card or passport
• Accurate date of birth
• A valid and active email address
• A Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• Current residential address in Malaysia

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Harta11 username and password. Harta11 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the Harta11 support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Harta11 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing as convenient as possible. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your name only.

5 Withdrawals

Harta11 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. All withdrawals are subject to our standard security review process.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM50,000 (upgradeable for Platinum and Diamond VIP members).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Processing Time

6 Bonus & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

• All deposit bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective offer.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total amount (deposit + bonus) or the bonus amount alone, depending on the offer.
• Only settled bets count towards wagering requirements. Cancelled, voided, or cashed-out bets do not qualify.
• Harta11 VIP Cashback carries only a 1x wagering requirement — among the lowest in Malaysia.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

The following actions may result in bonus forfeiture without compensation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using false information to obtain bonuses.
• Hedge betting that is clearly intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Sharing bonuses with other accounts.

7 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Harta11 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except through the available cashout feature.
• Bets placed after a match or event has commenced may be voided at Harta11's discretion.
• Harta11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live match, Harta11 reserves the right to determine the outcome based on information available at the time of the disruption.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and match. Current limits are displayed on the betting screen.

7.1 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, international cricket, and e-sports, additional rules may apply depending on the bet type and tournament in question. Sport-specific rules are displayed in the game rules section of the Harta11 platform.

7.2 Live Casino & Slots Betting

All slot games on Harta11 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed in the respective game information.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The Harta11 platform is intended solely for lawful entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud & Hacking: Any attempt to hack, breach, or manipulate Harta11's systems.
• Automation: Use of bots, automated scripts, AI software, or any unauthorised method to automate betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the Harta11 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Coordination: Colluding with other players to manipulate the betting system or gain an unfair advantage.
• False Information: Providing false identity, age, or personal information during registration or verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to obtain Harta11 bonuses.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Harta11

Harta11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform or other members.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from authorities pursuant to applicable laws.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may close your Harta11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@harta11.biz. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of Harta11's commitment to responsible gaming, members may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. The exclusion will take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Harta11 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Harta11's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

In all cases, Harta11's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. Direct Negotiation: Harta11 will endeavour to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation within 30 days.
2. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
3. Malaysian Courts: As a last resort, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

You agree that Harta11 will apply Malaysian law to govern all aspects of this agreement, regardless of any conflict of law principles.
